Not-for-profit group International AIDS Vaccine Initiative has signed a 15-year lease for a full-floor office at 125 Broad Street in Lower Manhattan. The 37,404-square-foot space will serve as IAVI’s global headquarters. The tenant was represented by Studley while the landlord, real estate investment trust Mack-Cali, was represented by CB Richard Ellis. It was not immediately clear how much the deal was for or how many workers will operate out of the office. TRD
