Less than a week after Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Bracha Group ousted Prodigy Network as the sales team at Cassa NY Hotel and Residences, the nearby Centurion condominium has replaced Bracha with Prodigy.

Earlier this week, Cassa developer Solly Assa told The Real Deal that he brought in Bracha in an effort to attract more domestic buyers, as sales at the 57-unit building at 70 West 45th Street, thus far, have been heavily skewed toward the international set. Cassa is around 40 percent sold.

At the 47-unit Centurion at 33 West 56th Street, which is nearing the 50-percent-sold mark, the vast majority of buyers have also been foreign.

Over the summer, Bracha Group head Ilan Bracha made a failed attempt to spur sales at the I.M. Pei-designed building by offering up a pair of World Cup finals tickets to the next agent to successfully execute a deal at Centurion, but by the time the game rolled around, no new contracts had been signed.

Prodigy, led by president Rodrigo Nino, saw its contract as the exclusive sales agent at Cassa expire two weeks ago. TRD
