Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market
The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom penthouse at 502 Park Avenue in Lenox Hill, listed for $22.5 million. The 7,132-square-foot condo, in the 32-story Trump Park Avenue building, came on the market today. The listing agents are Callae Brownstein, Vincent Santoro and Michael Lorber of Prudential Douglas Elliman.
The second priciest home to come online is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo at 817 Fifth Avenue in Lenox Hill. The unit, which has a fireplace, is listed by Leighton Candler of the Corcoran Group for $21 million.
The third priciest unit is a four-bedroom co-op at 88 Central Park West in Lincoln Square. The $18.25 million co-op is listed by Cindy Kurtin and Jessica Vertullo-Maher of Stribling & Associates.
The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a fully renovated studio at 50 Park Terrace West, in Inwood. Robert Kleinbardt of New Heights Realty has the $224,000 co-op listing.
The second least expensive listing is a studio at 516 East 78th Street on the Upper East Side. Elliman’s Lisa D’Amico has the $275,000 co-op listing.
The third least expensive home to become available this week is a studio at 433 West 34th Street in Clinton. The $278,000 co-op unit is listed by Thomas Hemann and Cherie Butlet of Brown Harris Stevens. TRD
