Terrell Owens sells NJ home at a loss

Terrell Owens and his Moorestown, NJ home

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Terrell Owens has finally sold his Moorestown, NJ home at a major loss, according to Zillow. Owens bought the 8,000-square-foot property in May 2004 for $3.9 million while playing for the Philadelphia Eagles. He originally listed the home — which was featured on MTV’s “Cribs” — in November 2005 for $4.4 million. A series of steep price reductions did little to attract buyers over the years. Owens’ real estate broker declined to release the sale price or the name of the buyer. The last recorded listing price was $2.675 million, $1.22 million less than the previous sale price. The house features a Jacuzzi in every bedroom, a library and an indoor cabana. TRD
