Ronin kicks its way into 255 West 36th Street
A mixed martial arts training facility, Ronin Athletics, is expanding its business with a move to 255 West 36th Street, according to the broker for the landlord.
The five-year deal, signed today, was for a space just shy of 4,000 square feet, said Juda Srour, who represented his father’s company, Triangle Assets, the landlord. The rent is $30 per square foot.
Ronin Athletics is currently located in a 2,500-square-foot space at 302 West 37th Street, said Mary Anderson-Gallagher, an associate at ABS Partners Real Estate, who represented Ronin in the new deal. The training facility will be taking over the new space come Jan. 1, Srour said. TRD
