The CEO of Garmin global-positioning system has navigated himself to one of New York City’s most sought-after addresses, according to the Wall Street Journal. Min Kao, who co-founded the popular GPS device company, has picked up a 41st-floor unit at 15 Central Park West for $40 million, sources say. The home was sold by developer William Zeckendorf, who just last month purchased a duplex co-op unit owned by the late bank executive Bruce Wasserstein at 927 Fifth Avenue for $29.1 million. A spokesperson for Garmin did not comment on the deal. [WSJ]
