Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market
The most expensive Manhattan home to come online this week is a five-bedroom, five bathroom co-op at 765 Park Avenue that’s asking $30 million, according to Streeteasy.com. The corner of the Upper East Side apartment has a large library overlooking Park Avenue and two fireplaces. It is listed by Serena Boardman and Sheila Harris of Sotheby’s International Realty.
The second priciest home is a 2,950-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at 60 East 55th Street. Stribling & Associates Dennis Cusack, Mary Ellen Cashman and Sean Paris have the $11.95 million Midtown listing.
The next most expensive listing is a 4,158-square-foot condo at 151 East 85th Street that’s asking $9.2 million. Carrie Chiang and Richard Phan of the Corcoran Group are listing the property.
The cheapest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a 500-square-foot, one-bedroom co-op at 33 Convent Avenue in Harlem that is asking $140,000. It is listed by Joe Davila of Fenwick Keats Goodstein.
The second least expensive unit is a 750-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment at 720 West 173rd Street in Washington Heights. Citi Habitats’ Sany Edry and Gian Carlos DelaCruz have the $239,000 co-op listing.
The third cheapest unit is a $259,000, 650-square-foot, one-bedroom co-op at 37 Nagle Avenue in Fort George. Matthew Bizzarro of Stein-Perry has the listing. — Adam Fusfeld
