Two Sea Gull Hill Road, a North Haven waterfront home on the market for $4.5 million, has a long history, but not all of it in North Haven, Curbed reported. The home was built in the 1850s on Division Street in Sag Harbor, but after about 100 years in the busy Hamptons village it was lifted to a three-quarter acre lot in North Haven. The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home has retained many of its original exterior features, despite a complete interior renovation. But perhaps the most important addition occured 60 years ago, when it got waterfront treatment and a boardwalk on Short Bay.
