Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a 75th-floor Time Warner Center condominium unit belonging to Steven Feder — once head of the Psychic Readers Network. As The Real Deal previously reported, the unit is listed for a whopping $60 million, or $13,698 per square foot, with Sotheby’s International Realty brokers Brenda Powers and Elizabeth Sample. According to the listing, the 4,400-square-foot home features four bedrooms, his and her master marble baths, 4.5 additional marble baths, a wood-paneled library and a media room.
The second most expensive listing this week is a full-floor penthouse duplex at Chelsea Nouvel at 100 Eleventh Avenue, between 19th and 20th streets. The 9,493-square-foot, eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom unit is listed with Antonio Cosentino of the Corcoran Group for $39.5 million.
The third priciest apartment to hit the market this week was formerly owned by actor Harrison Ford and bought by Fortress Investment Group billionaire Peter Briger earlier this year. The five-bedroom, six-bathrom duplex at 101 Central Park West has been listed with Town Residential’s Ric Swezey, Dennis Cusack and Janis Aurichio for $23.55 million.
The cheapest Manhattan listing this week is a studio unit at 25 Indian Road in Inwood, on the market for $113,400 with Miguel Ceara of Citi Habitats.
The second least expensive listing is a two-bedroom co-op at 5 East 131st Street in Central Harlem that’s listed with Halstead Property for $149,000.
The third cheapest is a penthouse studio with a 24-hour doorman at 103 East 84th Street. It’s listed with Ying Jiang, Charles Hawkins and Andrea Chang of Prudential Douglas Elliman. — Katherine Clarke
