Atlantic Beach Realty’s Rick Solano and the Ronjo Resort Motel
The 33-room Ronjo Resort Motel in Montauk has hit the market for $5 million, Curbed reported.
The motel, which is comprised of three two-story buildings, is just off of Main Street, less than 200 yards from the Atlantic Ocean and walking distance from restaurants and bars. But the rooms have a decidedly shabby look and online reviews of the hotel range from bad to brutal.
This summer, room rates at the hotel, which has the motto, “A Hawaiian Paradise by the Sea,” started at $110 for a weekday and ranged up to $500 for non-holiday weekends. It’s being marketed by Rick Solano of Atlantic Beach Realty Group. [Curbed]
