Sales will launch this coming Sunday at 100 Luquer in Carroll Gardens, a newly
constructed 11-story condominium building designed by Karl Fisher, MNS, the project’s exclusive marketing and sales agent,
announced in a statement (note: correction appended). The project was developed by Abe Klein.
The building, between Clinton and Henry streets, with an aluminum and brick facade and 20 residences, will offer views of the Manhattan
skyline, the East River and Brooklyn. It has 19 two-bedroom homes at
just under 1,100 square feet. Additionally, the building has a single
1,813-square-foot one-bedroom duplex with its own private garden. With
occupancy slated for early 2012, prices start at $599,000.
The apartments have Caesar Stone quartz countertops with white glass
backsplash and high gloss white lacquer cabinetry, while building
amenities include an entry garden, a landscaped rooftop terrace with
panoramic views and a resident-only fitness facility.
