The Devonshire House and Alec Baldwin
Alec Baldwin shelled out $11.7 million for a swanky new pad at prewar condo the Devonshire House at 28 East 10th Street this summer, almost a million less than the $12.5 million asking price. The “30 Rock” actor’s new duplex measures 4,137 square feet, with three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, the Observer reported. The master bedroom suite, which takes up an entire wing of the condo, includes four walk-in-closets, a dressing room and a study. There’s also a 392-square-foot living room and a 470-square-foot terrace. Baldwin’s previous bachelor pad was a 3,000-square-foot apartment at the El Dorado at 300 Central Park West. [NYO]
