Corrections and clarifications for November 2012

Correction: In the November magazine story “Condos in context,” TRD incorrectly stated that a master bedroom in a $2.99-million apartment at Philip House at 141 East 88th Street was seven feet wide. The bedroom is in fact slightly more than ten feet wide.

Correction: In the November magazine story “A day in the life: Joseph Moinian” TRD incorrectly stated that 605 West 42nd Street was a condo. It is, in fact, a rental.

Correction: In a Nov. 12 Web story, The Real Deal identified Devin Cohen of Rosewood as the broker who represented the Bossert Hotel seller, which the Rosewood press release also said. The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society’s Real Property Department handled the transaction for the seller, working in connection with Rosewood.

Correction: In a November magazine story, The Real Deal incorrectly stated that New York Community Bank had $18.2 million in multi-family loans on it’s books. The bank has actually holds $18.2 billion in multi-family loans on its books.

Correction: In a November 19 Web story, The Real Deal incorrectly stated that Thor Equities acquired a development site at 300 Livingston Street in Brooklyn from the NYCEDC for just $1. In fact, Thor paid $1 for the air rights and $6 million for the site itself.
