Though there’s no record of the building changing hands since being put on the market in March with Massey Knakal Realty Services, a company called “Fortis Manor” that shares an address with the Fortis Property Group filed plans for a five-unit building at 30 Henry Street designed by BKSK architects. The current structure, on the corner of Middagh Street in Brooklyn Heights, has 6,300 square feet on a 4,800-square-foot lot, but shows the lot is zoned for up to 16,512-square feet.

Fortis has been active in Brooklyn of late, as it picked up 37 condominium units at 20 Bayard Street in Williamsburg last month for $25 million. [Brownstoner]
