The second most expensive listing to come online this week is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom penthouse duplex at 23 East 74th Street, which is listed with Nikki Fieldman and Kevin Brown of Sotheby’s International Realty for $20 million. The property features 360-degree views and private elevators to the top two floors.
The third most expensive listing is a three-story apartment in a limestone mansion at 20 East 65th Street, built at the turn of the 19th Century. The 6,500-square-foot Lenox Hill triplex is listed with Joan Swift of Prudential Douglas Elliman for $19.9 million.
The least expensive Manhattan listing to hit the market this week is a studio co-op at 225 Bennett Avenue in Hudson Heights that’s asking $169,000. Jennifer Pasbjerg of Halstead Property has the listing.
The second least expensive unit to come online is a 600-square-foot studio co-op at 675 Academy Road in Inwood, asking $190,000. Joseph Grosso and Eliety Lopes of ArdorNY have the listing.
