Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The most expensive new listing to hit the market this week is a 7,200-square-foot penthouse at 142 Duane Street in Tribeca that’s listed for $19.5 million, according to Streeteasy.com. The co-op apartment, listed by Sabrina Saltiel of Prudential Douglas Elliman, is a duplex with four bedrooms and three full and one half-bathroom. It Has A Private Rooftop Terrace with a kitchen, a walk-in wine cellar and a skylit stairwell and dining room.

The next priciest listing is a four-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom co-op apartment in the Dakota at 1 West 72nd Street on the Upper West Side. It’s listed for $13.5 million with Brown Harris Stevens’ John Burger.

The third costliest unit is a two-bedroom, two full- and two-half-bathroom co-op apartment at 875 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side. Abby Levine of the Corcoran Group is listing it for $9.8 million.

The cheapest unit is a 425-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment in the co-op at 509 East 88th Street in Yorkville that’s asking $269,000. The Corcoran Group’s Lisa Margulis has the listing.

The second least expensive home is a 450-square-foot studio at 7 Park Avenue in Murray Hill. Fillmore Real Estate’s Ken MacBride is marketing the co-op for $283,500.

The third cheapest unit is a studio in the co-op at 145 East 29th Street in Kips Bay that’s asking $297,000. It’s listed by Andrew Saracino of Halstead Property. — Adam Fusfeld
