The building adjacent to Carrie Bradshaw’s fictional home on the TV show “Sex and the City” is back on the market, Curbed reported.

Located in the West Village, 64 Perry Street sold for $9 million in November, but is now listed with Sotheby’s for $9.65 million. Joshua Wesoky and Steve Dawson, both agents at Sotheby’s International Realty, are marketing the home.
