Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest home to hit the Manhattan residential market this week is a condominium unit at the Trump International Hotel and Tower, according to Streeteasy.com. Susan James at Trump Sales and Leasing has the listing, with an asking price of $21.9 million. The 4,415-square-foot home has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. As The Real Deal reported this week, cellular communications mogul George Blumenthal purchased a home in the same building, which is located at 1 Central Park West in Lincoln Square, from Robert Lieber, the former deputy mayor for economic development.

The second most expensive home is an eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom, 11,000-square-foot townhouse with an asking price of $20 million. John Burger at Brown Harris Stevens is marketing the home, at 163 East 63rd Street between Third and Lexington avenues in Lenox Hill. According to the listing, the home has four wrought iron terraces, seven fireplaces and a walled garden.

The third priciest home is another single-family townhouse. This one, listed by Nick Jabbour and Ryan Serhant at NestSeekers International with an asking price of $19.5 million, is located at 350 East 81st Street between First and Second avenues. The 9,815-square-foot home in Yorkville has nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms as well as double-height ceilings, according to the listing.

The least expensive home to hit the Manhattan market this week is a 185-square-foot Central Harlem condominium apartment. Charlie Lewis at Warburg Realty is listing the studio with one bathroom, at 411-421 Manhattan Avenue at West 118th Street, for $118,000.

The second cheapest home is an Inwood co-op located at 25 Indian Road between West 215th and West 218th streets. Miguel Ceara at Rutenberg has the listing with an asking price of $160,000. The 750-square-foot apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom.

The third least expensive home is a 900-square-foot three-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 79 Hamilton Place in Hamilton Heights, according to Streeteasy.com. Cheryl Dixon, Connie Drayton, Gerard Hicks, Gigi Pelican and Willie Kathryn Suggs at Willie Kathryn Suggs confirmed they have the listing, though it is not yet visible on the company website. The asking price for the unit is $162,500, and income restrictions apply. — Zachary Kussin
