Winick Realty has been tapped to represent 36,000 square feet of retail space available at 3 Columbus Circle on behalf of SL Green Realty and the Moinian Group, the brokerage announced yesterday on its website. The space encompasses two floors: 6,300 square feet on the first and 29,700 square feet on the second.
Winick CEO Jeff Winick and Lori Shabtai, the executive vice president, are marketing the property, along with Kelly Gedinsky and Michael Gleicher, who are associate directors.
As The Real Deal reported in March, Dick’s Sporting Goods is looking for multi-story locations around the city, and could be interested in the retail space at 3 Columbus Circle. The former Newsweek building has had a tumultuous few years under Joseph Moinian, who has spent millions on a complete renovation of the property. [Winick Daily]
