J. Michael Klein, the founder of online box office Fandango, has listed his Gin Lane, Southampton estate for $17.5 million, Curbed reported. He acquired the 2.2-acre property in 2007 for $11.5 million from CC Wang, the father of designer Vera Wang.

Tim Davis at the Corcoran Group has the listing for the nine-bedroom, 10.5-bathroom home. Square footage was not mentioned in the listing, but Curbed said the home measures 7,000 square feet. Special features include a 60-foot outdoor swimming pool, a courtyard terrace, a library, a media room and a tennis court.

As The Real Deal reported in this month’s issue, Southampton has seen some pricey sales this year. The $28.5 million sale of Marc Rowan’s six-bedroom home at 322 Meadow Lane marked the most expensive on the list. Tim Davis of Corcoran had the exclusive for the fourth priciest sale, which was in Southampton — a $24 million, 17,000-square-foot mansion.

Hamptons home sales increased 9 percent in the second quarter of this year, though median prices fell, The Real Deal reported. [Curbed] — Zachary Kussin
