Riverside Boulevard spread seeks $75M

It might not be $90 million or more, but then again, it doesn’t have Central Park views. An 11,000-square-foot apartment in the Heritage at Trump Place condominium building on Riverside Boulevard is hitting the market with a $75 million asking price, the New York Post reported.

The triplex unit, at 240 Riverside Boulevard, is a combination of six apartments facing the Hudson River and includes two completely separate staff and guest apartments, bringing the total square-footage of the spread to 14,547 square feet.

The home features several terraces, internal staircases, a jellyfish tank, a rain fountain Jacuzzi, a ventilated cigar room, a marble spa, a fitness room and Baccarat chandeliers, the Post said.

The current unidentified owner bought the units over several years. The building used to be home to “Good Morning America” co-anchor Robin Roberts and was the site where Rabbi Yishayahu Yosef Pinto was planning a new synagogue with Ilan Bracha.

It is being listed by Ivanka Trump and her Trump Sales and Leasing division. The asking price comes out to about $5,156 per square-foot. [Post]  — Adam Fusfeld
