Actor Kiefer Sutherland has sold his West Village townhouse for its full $17.5 million asking price, according to public records filed with the city today.
The “24” star listed the 4,830-square-foot house at 763 Greenwich Street for sale earlier this year when it was already in contract. The home was listed by Meris and Kenny Blumstein of the Corcoran Group. The buyer, an LLC, closed on the purchase on September 11.
Sutherland bought the Greek Revival-style home for $8.2 million in 2008, records show. The five-bedroom property features a sauna and a roof deck with an outdoor kitchen.
Sutherland is most famous for his role as Jack Bauer in “24.” The son of “the Dirty Dozen” actor Donald Sutherland, he is currently starring in “Touch,” a Fox drama about a man with an emotionally disturbed son.
Neither Sutherland nor the Corcoran team immediately responded to a request for comment.
