Corrections and clarifications for October 2012

Correction: An Oct. 1 Web story incorrectly identified Jack Terzi Real Estate as a residential brokerage. It is a commercial brokerage.

Correction: An Oct. 2 Web story incorrectly identified Michael Barbolla as a Rutenberg founder.

Correction: An Oct. 8 Web story incorrectly said there were no brokers on the sale of the Jumeirah Essex House and the sale of the note on the Pinnacle Group/Praedium Group multifamily portfolio. A Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels team brokered the hotel sale, and a Holliday Fenoglio Fowler team brokered the note sale.

Correction: A database entry for Derek Jeter’s apartment incorrectly listed Richard Pham as a co-broker. A Corcoran spokesperson told The Real Deal in a separate correspondence that Carrie Chiang was the sole broker of the sale.

Correction: An Oct. 29 Web story incorrectly said the food incubator site had received funding from Brooklyn Borough Pres. Marty Markowitz.

Correction: An Oct. 31 Web story gave an incorrect number of Regus locations in Manhattan. The company has 27.

Correction: An Oct. 23 Web story incorrectly stated the total acquisition costs including purchase of land and additional air rights, for 701 Seventh Avenue. It is $430 million, not $375 million.
