The leases on eleven former Daffy’s stores will hit the auction block in December, Crain’s reported. Five of the stores are in Manhattan, one is in Queens, one is in the Bronx and three are in New Jersey. GA Keen Realty Advisors is handling the sale.

As previously reported, Daffy’s announced this past summer the closing of all its locations as part of the company liquidation.

Bids are due on Dec. 7, and the auction will take place five days later. GA Keen President Harold Bordwin said that dozens of retailers are interested in getting in bidding on the leases.

Among the spaces is a 17,145-square-foot Store On East 18th Street, commanding a base annual rent of $143,262; that lease expires in 2021. And there’s a 41,000-square-foot space in Paramus, N.J., which has a base annual rent is $495,000; that lease expires in 2019. [Crain’s]Zachary Kussin
