Actor Harrison Ford has found a buyer for his Chelsea condominium, the New York Observer reported. The 5,664-square-foot apartment, which he first listed for $16 million two years ago, is in contract with no word yet on the final closing price.
Ford purchased the four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home in 2002 for $5.3 million, and then renovated it. The unit is located inside 206 West 17th Street, near Seventh Avenue.
Deborah Grubman and David Dubin of the Corcoran Group had the listing, which for two years maintained its $16 million ask, the Observer said. As previously reported, the home has a private roof deck. In addition, the home also has a private elevator and concrete radiant-heat floors. [NYO] — Zachary Kussin
