A brownstone conversion project at 364 Union Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, is forging ahead, Brownstoner reported. The East River Partners-developed project has launched a website and according to Brownstoner, sales will launch this spring. However, the development’s website says the properties will open this winter. As The Real Deal reported, construction on this project launched this past year. The development will include five condominium units — four of which are three-bedrooms and the fifth is a garden duplex. Prices will range from $1.2 to $1.6 million.
East River Partners is buying up and renovating non-rent regulated multi-family properties in both Carroll Gardens and Park Slope. Since spring 2011, the firm has acquired three multi-family buildings and will convert them all into condos, as The Real Deal reported. [Brownstoner] —Zachary Kussin
