Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

Two priciest listings, a townhouse and a penthouse, are located on the UWS

An Upper West Side townhouse, located at 349 West 86th Street near Riverside Drive, is the week’s priciest listing for a single-family home, according to Streeteasy.com. Rana Williams and Cheryl Aiello at Keller Williams New York City have the listing with a $50 million ask. The renovated seven-story home has eight bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, seven fireplaces and a roof garden. The home is under consideration for landmark status. As The Real Deal reported today, the property formerly served as the headquarter space for a non-profit support organization for Russian immigrants.

The Corcoran Group duo of David Dubin and Deborah Grubman has the week’s second most expensive listing, a condominium penthouse unit located at 150 Columbus Avenue at 66th Street. The 5,500-square-foot home is a duplex and has five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and an 1,100-square-foot terrace. Other features include hardwood herringbone flooring throughout and double-height ceilings in the living room. The asking price is $29 million.

Corcoran also has the week’s third priciest listing. Leighton Candler is marketing a 13,000-square-foot, eight-story Upper East Side townhouse for $24.5 million. The property is located at 120 East 78th Street between Park and Lexington avenues and comes with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Special features include three terrace spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows that face south and west, a gym, pilates studio and massage room.

The week’s least expensive listing is located at 98 Park Terrace East in Inwood. This co-op home, listed for $189,000, measures 450 square feet and is a studio unit. The kitchen has wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The home also features its original hardwood flooring. Susanna Saarinen at Access Property Group has the listing.

Head down to 849 Saint Nicholas Avenue in Hamilton Heights, where Lee-Ann Pinder of Citi Habitats has the next cheapest listing with a $190,000 ask. The 660-square-foot unit is a co-op, and has one bedroom and one bathroom. The home has western and southern exposures and comes with redone flooring.

Yael Avi David has the week’s next least expensive listing, located at 246 East 90th Street. This 600-square-foot studio apartment is also a co-op and comes with hardwood floors. The asking price is $210,000. —Zachary Kussin
