The West Village’s much anticipated and controversial luxury condominium project 150 Charles Street has hit the market, Curbed reported. The Witkoff Group revealed pricing and floor plans for eight of the building’s 98 units.
Prices range from $4.2 million for a two-bedroom, 1,577-square-foot unit, to $8.95 million for a four-bedroom, 3,956-square-foot unit. Amenities in the building will include more than 33,000 square feet of landscaped private green space, a covered driveway and parking lot, a 75-foot lap pool and interior designs by Alan Wanzenberg Design, the same firm responsible for 422 West 20th Street.
After receiving a $230 million construction loan from Wells Fargo and M&T Bank in December, Witkoff announced that the Cook + Fox Architects-designed building would be completed with 18 months. [Curbed]—Christopher Cameron
