Citi Habitats’ Tracie and Elizabeth Hamersley — dubbed the Hamersley Team — again won top honors at the brokerage’s annual awards ceremony, which was held at the swank Ajna Bar last week in the Meatpacking District. The two sisters and their fellow team members took home awards for top overall production and for sales.
As The Real Deal reported last year, the duo won these same awards, as well as the top rental team, for 2011. This year, the Litvak Team, headed by Eugene Litvak, won this year’s team of the year award for rentals.
Meanwhile, Victoria Rong Kennedy, a senior vice president, won the top individual of the year award, for leading Citi Habitats agents in sales and production.
Julie Rose won the award for top sales deal of the year for the $19.5 million trade of an apartment at the Time Warner Center, which Citi Habitats said was two years in the making. On the rental side, Michael Mansfield had the top rental deal of the year for a two-year Lease On A Perry Street apartment for its full asking rent of $80,000 per month. —Zachary Kussin
