Art installations, tony real estate, the Chinese New Year and Full House star Bob Saget — believe it or not — have something common: the Upper West Side’s Aldyn condominium tower at 60 Riverside Boulevard and West 78th Street.
Artist Lara Saget, the daughter of comedian Bob Saget, is hosting a combination art installation/Chinese New Year celebration at the Aldyn with her friend Jing Chen, a Corcoran Group broker who has sold several of the tower’s units to Chinese buyers, according to the New York Post.
Saget’s works will be displayed in a 13.9 million, 17th-floor corner duplex designed by Roman and Williams. The 6,000-square-foot, six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home has double-height ceilings, a terrace and dramatic Hudson River views.
As The Real Deal reported, enterpreneur Cheryl Mercuris set a price record for the Aldyn when she picked up a unit for $13.72 million. [NYP] —Christopher Cameron
