The 7,381-square-foot duplex penthouse at the 46-story tower at 20 West 53rd Street will have five bedrooms and 5.5 baths, according to a listing posted on BuzzBuzzHome.

The SOM-designed tower will contain 61 condo units overall and command a total asking price of $523 million for the residential section of the building, which begins on the 18th floor, according to the latest offering plans. The hotel section — which will reportedly take up floors four through 12 — will contain 114 rooms and 26 suites. The building was recently reviewed  by The Real Deal’s architecture critic James Gardner, who described it as “one of the remorselessly rectilinear office towers for which the firm is mainly known.” [NYO]  –Hiten Samtani
