The Woolworth Mansion, most recently listed at $90 million, is now off the market, which might mean that it has finally found a buyer, Curbed reported.
Located on 4 East 80th Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues, the property was the most expensive townhouse listed in the city, according to Streeteasy.com, and if sold, the sale would break the record for the largest price paid for a townhouse.
Brown Harris Stevens’ Paula Del Nunzio had the listing.
The mansion, owned by the estate of the late fitness mogul Lucille Roberts, was previously listed from March 2011 to September 2012 at the same price, Streeteasy.com shows. It was also asking $150,000 per month as a rental property.
