A new Cobble Hill rental property at 267 Pacific Street is on track for an April 2014 opening, Brownstoner reported. The building will have a total of 60 units.
As The Real Deal previously reported, developer Quinlan Development Group shelled out $6.2 million for a warehouse at 259 Pacific Street to build the rental project.
The lot measures 66,000 square feet. The building will have basement parking, retail on the ground level and a rooftop terrace. Ground-floor units will have their own yards.
There is no rendering yet available. But Tim Quinlan, a principal at the group, told Brownstoner that the developers aim to stay in context with the neighborhood while making the building distinctive. [Brownstoner] —Zachary Kussin
