The non-profit United Cerebral Palsy Has Put Its East 23rd Street building on the block, the New York Post reported. Located at 122-130 East 23rd Street, the 60,000-square-foot building is being marketed as a development site.
The sale price could hit $80 million, or $400 per buildable square foot, the Post said.
The Building Is Located Between Park Avenue South and Lexington Avenue and runs the block to 22nd Street. Zoning on the site is split, allowing for a roughly 200,000-square-foot residential building to come up 210 feet on East 23rd Street; on East 22nd Street, the structure could rise to 135 feet.
The non-profit has hired Avison Young brokers Jon Epstein, Charles Kingsley, Neil Helman and Vin Carrega to find a buyer.
Neither UCP or Avison Young returned the Post’s calls seeking comment. [NYP, 3rd item] —Zachary Kussin
