David Seldin, the former president of the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL team, has switched the brokers marketing his townhouse at 131 East 64th Street in Lenox Hill and cut the price for the third time since he listed it about 2.5 years ago, StreetEasy shows.

Carrie Chiang and Richard Phan of the Corcoran Group now have the listing for the six-story, 10,300-square-foot townhouse between Park and Lexington avenues, asking $19.9 million — a $3 million price cut from when the home first went on the market in October 2010.

Previously, Jed Garfield and Matthew Pravda of Leslie J. Garfield had listed the home with a $21.5 million price tag beginning in September 2011.

Before that, the home was originally listed for $22.9 million with Leighton Candler and Christopher Infante of Corcoran.

Seldin, the founding president of the Jaguars, purchased the home in December 2003 for $5.81 million. The townhouse was built in 1904 and has undergone renovations since, according to the most recent listing. The home also includes a music hall, sitting room, library, swimming pool, two terraces and a roof garden.

Garfield and Pravda did not immediately respond to requests for comment, while Chiang declined to comment on the home.
