Perhaps this time the sale of actress Chloe Sevigny’s apartment will stick, as her 1,250-square-foot East Village co-op is in contract for the second time, EV Grieve reported.
Sevigny had signed a deal to sell the one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home, located at 119 East 10th Street, over the summer. However, a death in the family of the prospective buyer made the deal fall through, EV Grieve noted.
The home hit the market again this past October with a $1.995 million ask, StreetEasy shows. Two months later, the price slipped to $1.9 million. J. Eric Becker and Scott Bane of the Corcoran Group had the listing.
The home, previously featured in “House & Garden,” entered contract last Monday, according to StreetEasy.
