British video gaming mogul Daniel Houser, the man behind such bloody franchises as Grand Theft Auto and L.A. Noire, has found a buyer for his Soho penthouse less than two months after he listed it for $10 million.

The 20 Greene Street apartment is in contract, according to StreetEasy, but neither the sale price nor the identity of the buyer was immediately clear. Houser’s brokers, Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman, declined to comment.

Houser, who co-founded  Rockstar Games publishing, put the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home on the market in January, The Real Deal previously reported. He bought it for $6.25 million in 2006, records show. The triplex terraced penthouse includes almost 7,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space as well as a media room, an office and a rooftop garden.

Houser has already moved on. He broke a Brooklyn price record last year by purchasing a Brooklyn Heights townhouse at 70 Willow Street for $12.5 million; the home had another famous owner with a gory past, “In Cold Blood” author Truman Capote.
