Cometh the hour, cometh the woman, cometh the Brooklyn pad. Forest City Ratner’s executive vice president and soon-to-be chief executive MaryAnne Gilmartin has purchased a townhouse in Park Slope for $3.85 million, city records seen by the New York Observer show.

The four-story, 20-foot-wide, 4,160-square foot brownstone is located at 113 St. John’s Place, between Sixth and Seventh avenues and within walking distance of Forest City Ratner’s Atlantic Yards development. The six-bedroom home boasts classical finishings such as wooden pilasters, pediments and a wooden fireplace and staircase.
