Sara Bronfman, the daughter of former Seagram chairman and billionaire philanthropist Edgar Bronfman, has listed her Trump International pad for $10.75 million, according to Streeteasy.com.
Bronfman, whose mother is her Canadian father’s second wife Rita Webb, bought the 1 Central Park West property for $6.46 million in 2006 and tried to sell it for $7.5 million in 2009 with the Corcoran Group as her broker. It is now being marketed by Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens.
Blackmon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The 2,165-square-foot apartment had been owned by Gregory Olsen, a scientist who became the third private citizen to go to space in 2005. It has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms as well as custom conveniences such as a built-in sound system.
Bronfman has followed her father’s example in philanthropy. She and her sister, Claire, head a non-profit organization called the Ethical Humanitarian Foundation and she has been involved in efforts to provide aid to Libya.
