Flipped and sold. The townhouse at 40 Willow Place in Brooklyn — the single-family home with the borough’s highest tax assessment — sold for $7.7 million in its second sale in less than a year, Curbed reported.

The home went into contract in February, but the sale price and the identity of the purchaser were not available. The identity of the buyer is still not available, Curbed said, as they are listed as an LLC in public records.
