A nine-building demolition is slated for the corner of 11th Street and Fourth Avenue in Brooklyn, Brownstoner reported.
Fourth Eleventh Development LLC bought the site — which includes both residential and commercial properties — in December for just over $5 million, Brownstoner said.
One building has already been razed, while another at 472 Fourth Avenue is a former Urban Spaces Realty Group storefront. The lot encompasses 120 feet of frontage along Fourth Avenue and just over 100 Feet On 11th Street.
Plans for the site are unknown, and no new building permit applications have been filed. [Brownstoner] —Zachary Kussin
