UPDATED, 7:25 p.m., May 19: “Property Envy,” the latest real estate-related series on Bravo TV, will feature two familiar faces when it debuts this summer: New York City real estate brokers and Bravolebrities, Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant, The Real Deal has learned.

“Going to Los Angeles next week to film a NEW Bravo show with the one and only Jeff Lewis,” Eklund, of Douglas Elliman, wrote on his Facebook page, accentuating the sentiment with a pink heart.

Lewis, a designer and the star of Bravo’s “Flipping Out” and “Interior Therapy,” will sit on a panel of judges on the new show alongside Mary McDonald from “Million Dollar Decorators,” and a high-profile real estate agent, a source close to the show said.

Eklund and Serhant, who are headed to Los Angeles to film all next week, are expected to be featured as guest panelists in a couple of episodes.

Neither agent appears to have any listings in L.A. on his Web page, but no worries — the “property porn”-type show will cover over-the-top real estate all over the world.

Lewis described the show to TV Guide as “kind of like [E!’s] ‘Fashion Police,’ but it’s for design and real estate so it’s fast and funny and quick. You’ll see gorgeous homes and then we guess the prices. And we do a little celebrity real estate.”

Eklund and Serhant, of Nest Seekers International, declined to comment. The two agents star alongside TV newcomer Luis D. Ortiz of Keller Williams NYC on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York.” The show’s second season premiered May 8.

Bravo has not officially announced the show yet but is expected to issue a press release shortly.

A spokesperson for “Property Envy” declined to comment.

Eklund removed the Facebook post after the publication of this story.
