The Kaufman Organization, a landlord and brokerage firm, is having success at 100-104 Fifth Avenue.

The company sold the 17-story Midtown South building in partnership with Invesco for $230 million, and then brokered a deal with one of its former tenants there, Crain’s reported. Clarion Partners bought the tower, which Kaufman had purchased for $93 million in 2010, as previously reported.

Leadership Directories, which provides online contact information for business and government workers, will move to 1407 Broadway, a building owned by the Lightstone Group and leased exclusively by Kaufman. The 1.1-million-square-foot building is between West 38th and West 39th streets. The tenant signed a 10-year lease for 12,370 square feet on part of the third floor. Asking rent was $47 per square foot.

Grant Greenspan, a principal at the Kaufman Organization and agent for 1407 Broadway, arranged the deal for the tenant, Crain’s said. [Crain’s]Mark Maurer
