It’s a triple play for RFR Realty, which now has three new tenants at Its 757 Third Avenue office tower, the New York Observer reported. The first is consulting and case management firm Epiq Bankruptcy Solutions, which inked a 28,036-square-foot lease on the third and seventh floors.
In addition, Omni Development, a real estate developer, and Astoria Federal Savings and Loan Association inked respective 5,700-square-foot and 5,284-square-foot deals.
Asking rents inside the building, located at East 47th Street, fall in the low $50s to low $60s per square foot.
These leases come on the heels of two 10-year expansion deals signed last month by sister recruiting and staffing companies Aerotek and TEKsystems, which had a combined value over $16 million, as previously reported.
RFR has owned the 26-story building since 1999, and has since upgraded the lobby and building systems, according to the Observer.
The landlord was represented in-house by Steve Morrows, as well as by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Mitch Konsker and Alexander Chudnoff. Epiq was represented by Mitchell Kunikoff of Lee & Associates; Omni also by Steve Morrows; and Astoria Federal Savings by the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of Eric Cagner, Brian Lee and Peter Shimkin.
