Sales at Macklowe Properties’ 150 East 72nd Street condominium conversion have surpassed the 50 percent mark, according to BuzzBuzzHome. This comes five months after the first units at the property hit the market, as previously reported.
Occupancy is slated for this summer. The redesign was helmed by Handel Architects and Moed de Armas & Shannon.
The property includes three- and four-bedroom homes.
There are currently four active listings, according to StreetEasy. The least expensive of them asks $6.75 million for a 2,316-square-foot three-bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms. The priciest asks $11.5 million for a 3,543-square-foot four-bedroom with 5.5 bathrooms.
