A Park Slope development site is now on the block, Brownstoner reported. The site, which allows for roughly 86,000 gross buildable square feet, is priced at $20 million, TerraCRG, which is marketing the parcel, told The Real Deal.
A TerraCRG team led by Ofer Cohen is behind the marketing. The 12,690-square-foot plot is located at the corner of 11th Street and Fourth Avenue.
Area zoning provides for a mixed-use property, with 79,626 buildable square feet of residential use and the rest for commercial space and community facilities.
The site will be delivered vacant, and one of the buildings has already been razed. In sum, nine buildings on the lot are slated for demolition, as previously reported.
The lot spans 120 feet of frontage along Fourth Avenue and just over 100 feet on 11th Street. [Brownstoner] —Zachary Kussin
