A three-bedroom, Lincoln Square duplex, formerly home to the late Academy Award-winning character actress Celeste Holm, has found a buyer after eight months on the market, The Real Deal has learned.

Holm, the Hollywood starlet famous for her turns in “All About Eve” and the Rogers and Hammerstein musical “Oklahoma!,” lived in the apartment at 88 Central Park West for close to 50 years before her death last summer.

Austin Schuster of Sotheby’s International Realty listed the unit in November for $13.95 million, but the price was later dropped to $11.95 million. The final contract price was $10.5 million, according to a source close to the deal, which closed last week.

Holm purchased the unit at the Brentmore in 1958 shortly after the building went co-op. It features a corner master suite and park views.

Francis Russo of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer, a hedge fund executive, the source said. Neither he nor Schuster could immediately be reached for comment.

Holm won an Oscar for her performance as a supporting actress in the 1947 film “Gentleman’s Agreement,” which starred Gregory Peck.
