Affiliates of Harbor Group International, a private real estate investment group headquartered in Norfolk, Va., bought a 46-unit rental building on the Upper East Side for $20.5 million, the company said in a release.
The company, led by Jordan Slone, has plans for $1.2 million in renovations at 334-338 East 79th Street, between First and Second avenues. The renovations will include upgrading the kitchen, bath and living area finishes.
The six-story, market-rate building was built in 1977 and features floor plans with an average of size of 598 square feet, the publication said. – Mark Maurer
