A sixth-floor Noho penthouse home to Pablo Picasso’s grandson is asking nearly $8 million, according to a listing cited by Curbed.

Bernard Ruiz-Picasso bought the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom unit at 439 Lafayette Street for $7.19 million in October 2010. It has a “sky pavilion” on top of the 1,200-square-foot landscaped roof deck, Curbed said. The loft also has two gas fireplaces, a laundry room, guest powder room and more than 40 windows, the listing said.

Daniela Kunen and Kym Spiegel of Douglas Elliman have the listing.

Though the listing photos don’t show it, Ruiz-Picasso owns the largest private collection of Picasso paintings in the world, the website said. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
