Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

Serena Boardman of Sotheby’s International Realty had the priciest single-family listing to hit the Manhattan market this week, according to StreetEasy. The property has an asking price of $28.5 million. Located at 61 Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village, this twelve-room, four-bedroom condominium penthouse has 5,924 square feet of interior space and 1,901 square feet of Outdoor Terrace space. The property also features 19-foot ceilings, a full-floor master bedroom suite and wide-plank rift oak floors.

The next priciest listing can be found up Fifth Avenue in Midtown, a six-room, three-bedroom split-floorplan condo with views of Central Park. Listed by Lika Neoly Williams and Etienne Lafaye of Douglas Elliman, this property at 721 Fifth Avenue has a $24.5 million ask. Complete with a Boffi-designed extended galley kitchen, a private office with wraparound custom built-in cabinetry and a marble master bath, the condo offers 2,200 square feet and a wall of windows spanning the 32-foot length of the living and dining space.

The week’s third priciest listing, located at 41 West 70th Street in Lincoln Square, has an ask of $22.75 million and is listed by Mike Sieger at Fenwick Keats. The Renaissance-style townhouse, originally built in 1891, is 72 feet deep and includes an elevator that serves all five floors.

Karen Cantor at Bohemia Realty Group has the week’s cheapest listing, priced at $80,000, for a restricted-sale one-bedroom co-op in Central Harlem. The unit, located at 8 West 119th Street, is a second-floor walkup to be renovated and customized.

The second least expensive listing this week is just down the road at 56 West 119th Street, also in Central Harlem. The prewar, one-bedroom co-op, listed by Cheryl Dixon, Connie Drayton, Gerard Hicks, Gigi Pelican, Kimberly Richter and Willie Kathryn Suggs at Willie Kathryn Suggs, has a $197,950 ask. The unit comes furnished, with walk-in closets and garden views.

The next-cheapest home of the week, with a price tag of $205,000, is at 45 Overlook Terrace in Hudson Heights. Listed by Simone Song at Simone Song Properties, the studio co-op features a renovated Pullman kitchen and building amenities such as an elevator and laundry room, according to the listing. – Julie Strickland
